Inhibitors and Post-Cycle Therapy

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) is an essential pharmacological protocol used after the discontinuation of an Anabolic-Androgenic Steroid (AAS) cycle. The primary goal is to restore the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis (HPT). PCT utilizes selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) and aromatase inhibitors (AIs) to mitigate endogenous testosterone suppression and control estrogen levels, allowing natural LH and FSH production to resume, minimizing the loss of gains.
